If you are returning a product, we will refund you the price of the original order excluding shipping within 30 business days after we receive the product in returnable condition at our warehouse. If you are exchanging a product we will issue you store credit within 7 business days after we receive the product in exchangeable condition at our warehouse.

We believe in great customer service – even when you don’t like something and want to return it. If you have any doubts about your return, please contact our customer service staff prior to you sending the item back, any item returned without proper RMA will not be accepted. Our return policy is fast and easy but there are still some ground rules to follow. We will accept any return without restocking fees as long as they meet the following criteria.
