To be an authorized member of Elite Sports Sponsorship program, you agree to abide by the terms and conditions contained in this agreement.

Please read the agreement carefully before registering. By signing up for the Elite Sports Sponsorship program, you indicate your acceptance of this agreement and its terms and conditions.

Elite Sports will send you a contract letter if you are approved and you will accept all the conditions of the contract.

In respect of any advertising materials produced by you containing any corporate identification, you must obtain Elite Sports approval before the advertising. Materials are authorized for manufacture or publication. Such approval will not be unreasonably withheld or delayed.

You acknowledge that Elite Sports’ sponsorship is on the basis that it is the exclusive sponsor in this category of sponsors and you undertake that it will not grant any marketing, promotion or sponsorship rights or benefits in connection with the you to any provider of this category Gear, other than Elite Sports.

Indemnity by You

You indemnify Elite Sports against any claim, action, damage, loss, liability, cost or expense that Elite Sports may suffer, pay, incur or is liable for directly or indirectly by reason of or in any way arising out of or in connection with:

Any breach of this Agreement by you; or

Any negligent act or omission, fraud or willful misconduct on part of you

Indemnity by Elite Sports

Elite Sports indemnifies you against any claim, action, damage, loss, liability, cost or expense that YOU may suffer, pay, incur or is liable for directly or indirectly by reason of or in any way arising out of or in connection with:

Any breach of this Agreement by Elite Sports; or

Any negligent act or omission, fraud or willful misconduct on part of the Elite Sports

Termination: Contract will be terminated if you or elite sports fail to full-fill any of the terms mentioned in the sponsorship contract along with all the conditions.

Other than the content you own, under these Terms. Elite Sports and/or its licensor’s own all the intellectual property rights and materials contained in this Website.
